libghc-regexpr-dev software package provides Regular expression library like Perl/Ruby, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libghc-regexpr-dev
libghc-regexpr-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libghc-regexpr-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libghc-regexpr-dev *
You will get with libghc-regexpr-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
